Rest of EU: 15€, 2-7 Business days
Outside EU: 20€, 2-7 Business days

Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimates but actual delivery times are outside of our control.

DELIVERY COSTS, DUTIES & TAXES

Delivery costs will be calculated according to the given delivery address and can be previewed after check out.

Please note

EU: All taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside EU: Shipping rates are not including customs or import duties. Please be advised, that it is your responsibility to pay custom duties and taxes that may apply upon shipping to your destination country.

If you wish to make a return, please send an e-mail request to lou@loudebetoly.com within 14 days after delivery. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, including complete intact (not cut) original label tags.

Upon arrival we will notify you, if your return has been accepted or not. Refund payments will be transferred with the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

Please note, that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes lingerie, sales items, made to order and custom products. We do not refund shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred by returns.
